Cream Cheese Style is an ideal cost-effective substitute for full fat cream cheese. It has a firm but spreadable texture with delicate lactic notes, a creamy taste profile and a smooth texture. This product contains vegetable fat.

Ingredients: Milk solids, Palm oil, Natural flavour, Salt, Locust bean Gum, Citric acid, Potassium sorbate, Starterculture.

Applications: Bakery products, desserts, dips, soups, sauces, spreads, ready meals and other cooking applications.

Shelf-life: 6 months from production when stored between 1-5⁰C. Once opened the product should be consumed within 3 days.

Available in 2 kg tubs, 10 kg PP pails or 10 kg bag in box.

REAL Full Fat Soft Cheese is our premium fat rich product among all variants. It is a firm but spreadable soft cheese with a rich creamy taste profile, delicate lactic notes and smooth texture. This product will not flow readily when inverted.

Ingredients: Pure dairy ingredients, includes salt, emulsifiers and stabilizers.

Applications: Bakery products, desserts, dips, soups, sauces, spreads, ready meals and other cooking applications.

Shelf-life: 5 months from production when stored between 1-5 ⁰C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within 3 days.
